New Feature – Call Parking

We would like to notify you of the release of our Call Parking Feature in Open Beta.

To start leveraging this feature, head over to your customer portal, then to “DID Numbers” then under “Call Parking”. With the addition of this feature, you or your team will be able to create parking lots where you could for instance:

  • Put your current call on hold and initiate a second, separate call to another party. This would allow you to switch back and forth between the two separate calls, or
  • Put your current call on hold so you or anybody else can pick up the call from elsewhere, as long as the parking lot is known (e.g. #701).
